I am dealing with an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Registered Manager to take control of a small idyllic Nursing Home in the Bath area.

The candidate must be a first level nurse, either RGN or RMN. A dual registered nurse would be preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will also have or be in the process of taking the RMA/NVQ level 4 management qualification. The person will be responsible for the entire running of the home form Care Planning to Risk Assessments. The role also involves the practical leadership of a qualified team of nursing and care staff.

Importantly to my client the applicant will be competent when it comes to record keeping and have good business acumen when it comes to bed filling. This family run business will offer a personalised approach to care and in return for services offers a healthy salary package of around the 30k which includes an excellent bonus incentive. Hours will involve 9-5 during the week and only small amount of monitoring one weekend a month.
