Job Description
A well-respected Professional Quantity Surveying Practise requires an Intermediate Level Quantity Surveyor to work Freelance on 2 varied projects.
The projects based in and around the Kent area, although we are currently recruiting for PQS Surveyors Nationwide for this client, for various schemes.
The successful applicants will come from a PQS background and have residential (ideally mixed use) and or Retail experience. Stadia experience is also welcomed, but not essential.
Candidates currently working permanently are welcome to apply.
The rates for these roles will be in the region of £20-£26 per hour, this equates to an annual Salary of £36,000-£47,424 per annum.
The roles are ongoing likely to lead beyond 2007.
