Job Description
A leading house builder is looking for two experienced Quantity Surveyors to run three new build residential sites in Essex.
As the Senior you will in charge of a assistant surveyor and you will have complete financial control of the developments. You will report to the Commercial director on a monthly basis and produce financial reports accordingly.
You will be dealing with sub-contractors and sorting out any variations, monthly valuations, CVR's, monthly and final.
