A well-established groundworks & civil engineering business, turning over in excess of £50m, offering a range of services to the construction industry in London and the South East, including the Home Counties is currently seeking two additional Site Managers from an Engineering background for work in the Taplow and Maidenhead areas.

You must have worked on groundworks and infrastructure schemes for Residential developments, ideally with adopted roads and traffic management skills, there is an ongoing dialogue with local and statutory bodies, so you must have good communication skills. Engineer trained with a relevant tertiary level qualification you will be comfortable working in the field and on site.

Current Requirement. 2 x Civils orientated Site Managers, from an Engineering background, able to run sites worth from £1.2 to £3.5m, to the contractor. Your experience may include roads & highways with the associated interface with Local Authorities, Service Providers and the general public.

Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to progress your career with a growing company, embracing their forward looking approach to Health & Safety are required. A salary package of £40k plus, with production bonuses, a car and full company benefits package are offered. Preferably with a 5 day CITB Managers qualification, First Aid and CSCS certified.

Staff Welfare. Field staff participate in an ongoing programme of training to ensure that they have the necessary skills and all are equipped with CSCS as standard and other relevant training. Only candidates who are legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.
