Job Description
This leading Residential Developer is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to manage and lead this phased development in West London.
It is a refurbishment and new build project of a 1920's listed building, with the first phase being the internal refurbishment of the building.
The second phase is new build development of 250 units high spec units.
The site involves Landscaping the internal/external of the building and court yards. Setting of programmes and managing the build through to completion. Liaising with the Technical and Commercial departments and you should have a background from either a main contractor or residential developer.
You will report directly to the Construction Director of the region, and you will be in charge of a team of 10 construction people.
