Job Description

A Managers position has arisen in a 22 bedded Independent Hospital specialising in the care of patients with a learning disability and mental health issues, these include Forensic Aspergers and challenging behaviour.

The unit is based in a rural town close to Cardiff, and benefits from a fantastic picturesque situation.

You will need to be a registered RMN or RNLD and have experience of working in the forensic field.

Must have a good understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983 Must be able to effectively manage a budget Must be able to manage a large staff team, recruit and retain staff and be proficient in dealing with general Human Resources issues Must be prepared to actively market the service and liaise with external customers and regulators.
