Job Description
We have an immediate requirement for an interim development surveyor to work for one of our local authority clients. This is an exciting role which will involve supporting the delivery of major regeneration projects, including the creation of development briefs, site assembly, on-going property management, disposal of properties and tendering for development schemes. The ideal candidate will be preferably RICS qualified and have had previous experience of disposing of development sites. Immediate start.
