Job Description

You will be involved in the property management of a mixed portfolio to include office, retail, industrial and "miscellaneous" properties. With a geographical remit from Crewe to Southport, candidates should have their own transport but will be offered a mileage scheme to compensate all traveling within the role. You will be responsible for lease renewals, rent reviews, asset management and dealing with a wide variety of clients and will also have the opportunity to be involved in some project management of a new scheme currently underway within the company.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain a wide range of unique experience, for candidates pre- or post- APC, but essentially with a sound knowledge of the property sector and a good grounding in professional estates work - either through working knowledge or a relevant degree. (This will be reflected in the remuneration)
