Job Description
We are an up market Brasserie within a 5* Hotel in Surrey, within easy reach of Central London and we currently require an experienced Assistant Brasserie Manager.
We offer a fantastic working environment, provide you with continuous support including on and off the job training & development.
You will be working 5 days per week with 2 days off, have a professional Team to support you, and we will offer a basic salary of £19,000 plus service charge of £4,000/4,500 per year and weekly cash tips. If required accommodation will be provided on temporary basis!!!
The ideal candidate will have:
• Hotel & Catering qualification
• Experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Supervisor looking for a step up
• Strong managerial and customer service skills
• It is essential that the Assistant Brasserie Manager has an excellent knowledge of Wines & Cheeses
In return we will offer:
• An excellent basic salary of £19,000 per year and you will also receive - Service charge of £4,000/4,500 per year
