Hotel Description
This is a charming five star hotel with a golf course and a health spa attached, is so beautiful that it has been in many films such as Bridget Jones’ Diary as well as various James Bond films.
With two restaurants as well as extensive conference facilities, it offers the chance to train to a high standard in various surroundings. From the fine dining restaurant to the more relaxed atmosphere of the beach bar near the swimming pool, the hotel is looking for motivated and ambitious staff that thrive in a customer orientated environment.
Only 45 minutes away from Central London, you have the relaxing country surroundings as well as easy access to Britain’s capital. The staff accommodation is lovely with all members having purpose build flats.

Job Requirements
• Good English
• Excellent customer care and presentation.
• Waiting Experience
• You must have Hotel & Catering diploma and/or at least 6 months working experience in a three star hotel or quality restaurant

Job Description
• It is 45 - 49 hours per week. You are paid per hour at the end of each week into an English bank account. If you do not have one the personnel department will help you open one.
• You will work five days out of seven on a rota basis this includes some weekends.
• After three months you are intituled to 20 days holiday (with two days off a week, this equals one month holiday) as well as statutory sick pay after three days.
• You will be send on Specialist training courses such as Fire Safety as well various in house training courses such as wine and food tasting and exceeding customer expectations

You will be required to:
• Set the restaurant and or the conference rooms prior to the start of the shift
• Taking orders and serving the plates to the tables
• Making suggestions to the customers concerning the daily specials
• Handle payments of cash, credit cards and cheques
• Any other duties that your manager sees fit
