An understanding of the technical aspects of any or all of these processes listed above, would be advantageous.

Applicants with good Quantity Surveying skills and aptitudes with a broad construction background capable of organising the various sequences from initial enquiry, moving on to traditional ground-works, piling and pilecaps, drainage and ground-beams with previous experience with one of the recognised Groundworks or RC frame contractors would be preferred for the Groundworks and RC frame contracts.

These are roles that would be suitable for Senior Quantity Surveyors wishing to take on their own projects to junior Quantity Surveyors keen to develop within the contractors side of the industry, taking the schemes through to final account as required.

Our clients are recognised as successful groundworks and RC frame contractors working in the south of England. You will be involved in groundworks, conventional RC frame structures with shuttering for all upstands and vertical elements and bespoke projects as they arise.

You will need good communication skills, be capable of producing spreadsheets and reconciling expenditure, be IT literate, able to liaise with the various statutory bodies involved with this work and above all represent our clients in a professional manner, you will demonstrate your technical, contractual and commercial abilities

This is an ongoing growth curve for our clients who are seeking committed candidates for the roles. A 5 day week will generally operate. Ideally CSCS certified you should be a car driver.
