National Account Manager

Basic Salary: £25-£30k Basic - £50k Package!

We urgently require a National Account Manager for our clients based in London…

They are one of Europe's leading independent provider of IT Infrastructure Services. They have been established for over 25 years and have over 50 offices internationally. They are extremely successful and are a great company to work for.

The Role:
Role and Responsibilities

•Responsible for face-to-face contact with clients based in London and across the UK
•Ensure the level of service provided by the Master Vendor team meets & exceeds the Service Level Agreement with the client
•Responsible for qualification of niche roles, working closely with the client
•Promote Master Vendor service to clients at all levels, and end-users where appropriate, acting as the client's “ on site recruitment expert”
•Present proposals offering innovative recruitment solutions
•Ensure effective communication between resource delivery teams and client
•Run service review meetings
•Act as first level escalation point for all account management issues
•Communicate market information to clients
•Present to 3rd party agency suppliers, with resource delivery team
•Manage additional on site Account Manager
•Work with Permanent Account Manager
•Stand in for Account Director where required

Experience Needed:

•Experienced IT recruiter
•Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
•Able to handle objections & challenge clients' existing business processes
•Able to multi-task effectively, responding to the needs of a number of different stakeholders
•Able to sit back & assess the situation & think through solutions
•Able to prepare and present innovative contractor recruitment solutions
•Possesses ‘can do', positive attitude and works with a sense of urgency
•Able to adapt to meet changing client needs & priorities
•Capacity to travel across UK
