Graduate Recruitment Manager
Based in London
Salary approx £45k Negotiable
Our client's are a large IT Business Consultancy. They employ over 50,000 people worldwide and are looking to expand by over 5000 people across their business next year. They are looking to recruit an experienced Graduate Recruitment specialist to focus on developing a strategic graduate sourcing model for them in the UK.
This role is highly integral to their UK plans and will involve a high degree of autonomy and a solid marketing approach. Are you interested in such a challenge?

Ideal Candidate: Experience of implementing Graduate recruitment schemes on a large scale, contacting and liasing with Universities, Graduate Fairs etc. Therefore a good track record of success in this area is a pre-requisite.
