One of the UK’s leading property consultancies with UK-wide and international operations is seeking Architectural Technicians and Architectural Assistants to work in their continually expanding Architectural department. You will be receiving continued professional development and the job security afforded by a successful multinational organisation along with an invigorating work environment. Projects range from £0.5- 7M ideal for candidates looking to run their first project and gain greater exposure to construction process. Current developments include healthcare commercial community and educational buildings. The career paths available are widely down to employee choice. Some employees have chosen to work towards Associateship whilst still staying close to the design aspects of the scheme others have worked towards becoming Architectural Project Mangers. The successful applicants will: Prepare working drawings co-ordinate designs with other disciplines work-up detailed proposals assist in preparation of sketch schemes and attend client and consultant meetings. All applicants must be fully proficient in AutoCAD.
