Job Description
VALUER / ESTATES SURVEYOR / VALUER
Location: Northamptonshire
Duration: 3 Months
Rate: £Dependent on experience
You will positively contribute to the property services in accordance with the aims¸ objectives and priorities of the client’s professional performance standards and in a cost effective mananer.
Your key areas of operational contribution will be:
- Valuations and negotiations for rent reviews¸ lease renewals and lease restructuring.
- Valuations for asset accounting and other purposes
- Options appraisals
- Valuations for sales under Right to Buy Legislation
- Day to day estates management
In order to deliver the service effectively¸ a degree of flexibility is needed and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to above.
