Job Description

The work is predominantly in groundworks working in three particular areas:

Commercial and Leisure
Educational & Local Authority
Contaminated Land & Ground Remediation

Since the company started they have won substantial amounts of repeat business and we are looking for Site Managers from either an Engineering background or a trades background with a good understanding of the technical and engineering input required in projects.

You will need to have preferably completed some formal education in a Building or Civils related disciplines, be able to programme and run a project, produce method statements, liaise with clients and statutory bodies, be capable of running safe and commercially profitable sites within given time scales. Ideally CSCS carded, with the CITB 5 day certificate and a 4 day First Aid qualification, though the company will arrange these as necessary. A current driving licence is advantageous as a vehicle will be available with the role.

The area covered is generally within reach of the clients offices in West London and there are requirements for one candidate to cover the northern sector centred on Watford, whilst the other post extends from the M4 south towards Guildford.
