Job Description
A North London council would like to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor to provide cover for a period of 3 months.
The team you will be joining manage the cyclical maintenance of all public buildings, most schools and provide project design and management for all the council's assets, as well as the asset management service.
You will support the Asset Management team with procurement, design, maintenance and modification of buildings used by all service areas. However this is mainly a building surveying position. You will be expected to manage a large team as well as the projects. Your key responsibility is to manage the works programme, the cyclical maintenance programme and responsive facility.
The successful candidate will come from a similar position at senior level, have strong technical knowledge and will have the ability to lead a team.
