Job Description
This leading Residential Developer is looking for an experience Senior Construction Manager to look after a number of packages in this phased development in West London.
It is a refurbishment and new build project of a 1920's listed building, with the first phase being the internal refurbishment of the building.
The second phase is new build development of 250 high spec units.
The site involves Landscaping the internal/external of the building and court yards. You will ensure the development is running time, budget and to quality. You will be working with the Technical and Commercial departments and you should have a background from either a main contractor or residential developer.
You will report directly to the Senior Project Manager of the development and you will be in charge of a team of 3 site managers and 3 finishing managers.
