Job Description
A Bedfordshire based Housing Association is looking for a Gas Surveyor for a 6 month contract. You will be familiar with cp12 arrangements, gas contracts and gas issues.
You will be primarily managing gas servicing contracts and ensuring compliance with departmental gas policies and procedures. You will be evaluating returned landlord safety certificates (cp12's) and take appropriate action as necessary. Follow up work will be required after service.
The successful candidate will have experience of maintaining gas fired appliances. You will be familiar with heating/mechanical services and gas safety regulations. Knowledge of gas (installation & use) Regulations 1998, with reference to landlord responsibilities is also required.
