Job Description
One of the top 20 construction groups in the UK, whose group turn over is expected to be over £1.5Billion, is urgently seeking Senior Project Managers for a mixed new build development for the East London.
The project is a Retail, Industrial and commercial units all on one site with the project value at £5.5Million.
The successful Senior Project Manager will have run projects from £2Million - £10Million and have experience with Traditional and Design & Build forms of contract. This company covers a wide range of projects from Health, Education, Offices, Retail, Industrial, and Heritage buildings.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a regional main contractor whose turn over is over £400Million. They have an excellent reputation and offer good salaries, packages, responsibility, training and support.
