Job Description
Our client is the Wealth Management division of a major financial institution. They are currently looking for an experienced recruiter (agency + internal) who has a proven track record within the financial services / operations market. The role is based out of London however involves a large amount of travel to Europe's 'tax havens' (Isle of Mann, Jersey, Monaco, Geneva etc). On a daily basis you will be tasked with sourcing individuals on basics from £25,000 up to £65000 as well as occasionally being involved in sourcing more senior hires. As you will be directly liaising with key stake holder your relationship building / management skills need to be excellent.
