Job Title: Structural Cad Technician
Location: South London Consultancy
Rates: Dependant on experience - £18/hr to £28/hr Ltd

We urgently require a Structural Cad Technician for our accomplished South London Client who are currently expanding due to a high workload on distinctive projects. The main focus for this role will be on two RC and Steel towers ranging between 20 and 40 floors, and several other hotel developments.

This Client is easily accessible from Clapham Junction and is looking to pay competitive rates for a talented Technician that shows initiative and can adapt to projects effectively. This is a medium sized client looking to expand aggressively in the next 12 months. Expansion of this nature will give the successful technician fantastic exposure and responsibility in key roles on these projects.

As a Structural Cad Technician you will need to and have relevant experience on similar projects to those outlined above. Effective communication skills will need to be demonstrated to ensure smooth client and design team relationships. Comprehensive experience with AutoCAD packages up to 2007 and knowledge of British codes are required on RC and Steel structures.

This Client is very motivated to ensure contract staff are secured prior to the Christmas break or early in the New Year.
