Job Description
This UK council requires a planner that is comfortable with undertaking the writing of planning policy for it's Development Control officers.
The role also involves responding to objections to their revised LDF that in turn will involve negotiating with objectors where necessary beforehand and possibly giving evidence at the Public Inquiry.
