Job Description
A limited liability partnership of chartered surveyors and property consultants is currently looking for a experienced residential service charge accountant.
The role comprises of:
• Managing a portfolio of service charges, incorporating:
- production of year-end accounts packs for preparation of financial statements by external accountants
- review of draft financial statements with property managers
- collation and delivery of responses to audit queries
- input to APB system of year-end accounting adjustments
- final service charge reconciliation and clear-down on APB
- raising of balancing charges/credits and co-ordinating delivery of financial statements to lessees
