Associate Director

Our clients are a recruitment consultancy, focusing solely on IT recruitment. They are a medium sized, independently owned consultancy who have experience at recruiting at all levels.

They are currently looking for an associate director to come on board to help build their operation in Bristol.

Role:
Devise strategic new business direction for the Sales Operations to ensure continuing growth and profitability of the company, whilst working achieve to the company vision.
Devising effective processes and procedures to ensure smooth running and keeping sales as the focus.
The role will involve business development, client management, people management etc and also looking after both perm and contract in the short to mid term.
To contribute towards the development of the company as a whole and to help develop the strategy for overall business growth.

Candidate:
-Excellent proven leadership skills
-Previous experience in managing a team
-Demonstrable track record of accurately forecasting and successfully managing demanding budgets
-Experience of starting up or rebuilding Sales teams
-Excellent knowledge of the recruitment industry and all major sectors of the IT marketplace
-Experience of successful budgeting
-Experience of staff training and development skills
-Ability to learn quickly and to work with initiative.

Basic Salary of approx £50000
