Our clients who are based in the City of London specialise in providing candidates in a permanent & contract capacity within specialist areas of Investment Banking……
They work within many different countries including, Switzerland, France and Germany!
Their team currently consists of consultants from diverse EU backgrounds with extensive combined experience in placing contractors and permanent candidates in all countries of the EU!
They want to expand their team in both the contract and permanent division…..

They are looking for candidates who ideally have European IT Recruitment Experience within the financial services industry or a proven track record in B2B sales and business development….
The candidates must be fluent in either French, Dutch or German…………

The successful candidates will have the ability to build relationships both face to face and over the phone with decision makers at all levels and have a creative attitude towards recruitment and recruitment services. You will be expected to travel to Europe frequently to build relationships with your clients and understand the local market. Crucially you will be a quick learner and be adaptable to the changing needs of the clients as well as being able to add value to the process & relationship via a superior understanding of specific industry sectors and related market intelligence.

The Ideal candidates:

You will ideally have European IT recruitment experience within the Financial Services Industry or a proven track record in B2B sales & business development.
You must be Fluent in either French, Dutch or German.
Full lifecycle experience from generating leads, name gathering, headhunting and business development.
Motivated by exceeding targets
Have high expectation of themselves and others
Able to negotiate and influence at all levels
Self motivated and enthusiastic about recruitment
Good organisational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build strong client relationships
Professional, ambitious and keen to provide first rate service to clients and candidates alike
Quick tenacious thinker with the ability to spot a deal
