INTERIM SENIOR GRADUATE RECRUITMENT MANAGER

6 – 9 month Fixed Term Contract

£80,000 + basic salary, plus car allowance etc (pro rata)

Manage the UK Graduate / Undergraduate Recruitment function for one of the markets leading Professional Services organisations. With full budgetary control you will be managing a team of 30 and be responsible for ensuring KPI's are managed and delivered.

A major part of this role is developing strong relationships with key stake holders within the business to gain a clear understand of their business needs.

You will be expected to train and mentor senior members of the graduate division as well as be part of the organisations senior recruitment team with input into strategy related to other areas of the business.

To qualify for this role you need to have extensive experience of managing graduate recruitment campaigns within a leading blue chip organisation. Experience of working in a partner focused environment would be beneficial (consultancy / law firm etc)
