One of the markets most exciting and rapidly growing UK based RPO companies require a Client Services Director. This role offers superb career progression within an organisation who have enjoyed unparalleled success in the recruitment market over recent years.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of client development strategies across new and existing RPO accounts. Therefore when new accounts are secured you will be involved in creating company competencies and frame works with the implementation team to deliver a cost effective RPO solution.
You will then take ownership of the account and act as the senior point of contact for the client. You responsibilities will include budget setting as well as monitoring and delivery of P&L. You will report directly back to the Managing Director and work in partnership with the leadership team.
For established clients you will be responsible for maximising and developing account penetration by proactively networking with senior managers and stake holders to identifying potential new revenue streams. This will involve promoting the benefits offered by the current RPO solution as well as other services such as added value consultancy.
Your direct reports will include a Senior Account Manger located onsite at each client. You will be expected to provide leadership and direction to the on-site teams as well as personal development to individuals as required.
From day one you be involved in implementing a multiple location RPO solution sourcing in excess of 1000 contact staff per year. This will involve managing a team of 12. Also you will take ownership of an already established single location account that has an internal team of 14.
Experience required:
Managing in-house resourcing solutions utilising a direct hiring model
RPO experience highly desirable
Leadership of teams of 6 plus sizes across multiple sites
Managing a P&L and cost modelling

£60,000 - £65,000 basic plus competitive benefits package
