Job Description

An opportunity has arisen with a Scottish central belt local authority with easy access to the City of Edinburgh. You will work within the development planning team and to be part of contributing to a new 20 year Structure Plan. You should have experience in the preparation and monitoring of the Development Plan, perferably structure planning. You should have knowledge of planning legislation and government guidance on planning policy matters and good interpersonal skills. Ideally, the council would be keen to consider those with two years experience in Planning. Non Members of the RTPI who have a degree in town planning would also be considered.
