Job Description
An East London Borough is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Planner to join their Development Control team.
Working with the majors team you will be responsible for providing advice on more complex planning proposals, determining planning applications, and the preparation of appeal evidence.
You will be expected to deputise for the development control coordinator and provide guidance / some supervisory duties for less experienced staff and also help promote and implement improvements to service delivery.
Candidates must have 3-4 years experience in development control and at least 6 months UK experience in a similar role.
