Job Description
A West London ALMO wishes to appoint a Clerk of Works for an ongoing contract.
Your role will be to provide a Clerks of Works service for major housing projects and quality and contract control. The overall purpose of the role will be to monitor the quality of work throughout the whole contract process in accordance with building practice and ensure contractors compliance with all relevant health &safety regulations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Clerk of Works and good knowledge of Building Regulations. Mechanical and Electrical experience is desirable.
