The Role:
The Resource Professional will provide effective, consultative recruitment advice and delivery to the client hiring managers based onsite. Your principal focus will be the recruitment of high calibre Network Consulting Engineers & Customer Support Engineers, to work in the ‘Technical Assistance Centre' (TAC).
These Engineers will be sourced by the Recruiter predominantly via direct methods such as headhunting, networking, advertising and database search as well as working with local Vendors.

Responsibilities:
•The Recruiter will be focused on sourcing and placing high-calibre candidates into the TAC. This activity is the main focus of the onsite Recruiter.
•The Resource Professional will be required to liaise with in-country HR representatives, Hiring Managers, and other EMEA recruiters, to fill specific roles.
•Working with Line Managers to create workable job specifications and role profiles
•Balance supplier, line manager and HR relationships effectively.
•Manage hiring manager expectations, giving constructive best practice advice.
•Provide a consultative professional service that will embed the service within the client infrastructure.
•Sourcing and pipelining candidates through Headhunting, Networking, Advertising in local Media, Web searches, attending recruitment exhibitions and fairs, and running recruitment events.
•Ensure that all recruitment information is stored and logged on the recruitment database.

Experience:
Proven track record of success in: filling permanent IT vacancies, delivering recruitment results on time and within budget, meeting/exceeding recruitment targets and SLA's.
Previous experience of working as an on-site/in-house recruiter, gained within a blue-chip organisation.
Must have a consultative, high-touch approach to managing recruitment relationships (HR/line managers/stakeholders), and a strong focus on delivering a quality service and adding value.
Demonstrable experience of sourcing candidate using headhunting and networking strategies
Experience of developing a pipeline of candidates to satisfy forecast future demand.
Must be credible with senior level stakeholders (up to board level); able to persuade and influence, and gain buy-in
Experience of influencing and persuading, using an assertive yet consultative approach
Fluent in English, Flemish and/or French

Salary:
Basic is negotiable £35k +
