Job Description
he successful applicant will be responsible for environmental design development, appraisal and assessment, as well as consents identification and delivery working with the town planning and other environmental teams.
This unique opportunity calls for candidates with previous consultancy experience with railways EIA.
Ideally a knowledge of civil engineering projects e.g. railways or roads etc.
Your key responsibilities will include:
*** Working with the engineers, designers and architects on scheme development ***
*** Assessing design and construction elements ***
*** Identifying consent requirement and programming consent delivery ***
*** Managing environmental surveys ***
*** Managing environmental assessments ***
*** Preparing bids ***
Your well developed qualification base would ideally include the following:
BSc Geography, Chemistry, Biology or similar, MSc EIA or town planning
Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment / Chartered Environmentalist.
