COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT SURVEYOR

Location: West End¸ London

Duration: 3 Months / 37.5 hours p/w

Rate: £20-£25 per hour

A leading independent commercial property consultancy and estate agency with a reputation built on its ability to provide a speedy¸ personal service to national and international clients¸ many of whom have remained clients since the Practice began.

With offices in the City¸ West End and South London¸ they advise on a wide range of professional and agency matters including investment¸ development¸ valuation¸ management and all aspects of occupancy. Based in London¸ the sphere of our activities nevertheless covers the U.K.

They seek a Management Surveyor to join their established management team to manage a large commercial portfolio with excellent asset opportunities available. The portfolio consists of offices¸ industrial and retail and is a nice portfolio of properties based around London and the South East.

Direct client contact¸ a lot of autonomy¸ opportunity to undertake professional work. Supported by an extensive accounts department; small¸ friendly office environment.

Working as part of a mixed client portfolio team¸ currently consisting of 2 Directors¸ the successful candidate will be dealing with all aspects of property management for a variety of clients on mixed portfolios¸ retail¸ commercial and industrial. You will be expected to deal with clients on a daily basis and be required to look at alternative solutions to day to day issues.

We are looking for a surveyor with varied experience and be familiar with close client contact. You must be a strong team player with an outgoing personality and a good sense of humour. Time management skills and the ability to act on your own initiative is essential. Qualification would be useful though not necessary.
