Job Description
COMMERCIAL / ESTATES SURVEYOR
Location: London
Duration: 6 Months / 37.5 hours p/w
Rate: £18-25 per hour
Our client provides property asset / portfolio management¸ residential and commercial investment¸ commercial valuations¸ rent reviews and lease renewals¸ rating¸ commercial property investment and agency.
We are currently looking for a Commercial / Estates Surveyor who will assist on general management issues¸ but also on a day to day basis will:
- Conclude all allocated rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Market and arrange letting of the council surplus commercial property.
- Ensure all rental income due to the council from its commercial estate is recovered on the due dates and to pursue all arrears.
- Provide in-house professional capability and support for the direct undertaking of valuation and property management advice in respect of all the council’s operational property requirements.
- Provide such other assistance in conduct of the council’s property related business to include¸ as necessary¸ the procurement of services from external agencies and to monitor the provision of those services to ensure the best interests of the council are maintained at all times.
Ideally you will be a strong communicator and confident in front of clients and their partners.
