Job Description
Our client, a large property management and development group is currently looking for 2 experienced Technical Services Officers to join their busy teams in Ashford and Eastbourne. These roles are potentially one year contracts with the possibility of extension and both require a full current driving license and vehicle.
The duties include:
• Pre inspecting 10% of repairs requested and 20% of
completed repairs
• Contract management
• Managing the Gas Safety Data Base
• Monitoring repair response times to ensure an effective service to customers
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with
Contractors
• Responding to emergency repair situations and
dealing effectively with customers at such time.
