Job Description
Europe’s leading provider of integrated commercial real estate services is currently looking for an experienced Associate Director to manage a medium sized team; providing strategy and hands on management support.
The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of the property system TRAMPS, they will be able to train new and existing staff as well as co-ordinate the implementation and installation of new releases.
Essential Skills for this role are:
• Minimum of 3 years property management accounts experience
• Thorough TBS TRAMPS knowledge
• Experience of managing staff
• Experience of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients.
