Job Description

Due to a busy order book for 2007 a respected main contractor, part of a UK leading construction group, is activley looking for stand alone Project Managers for 4 projects that they have been awarded.

This respected contractor builds a wide variety of projects with in the following sectors: Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial, Leisure and retail. Projects are based on Traditional and Design Build forms of contract with projects ranging from £2Million - £15Million in value.

The 4 contracts that have been awarded are a £14Million new build of an office in Bracknell (starts new year), £7Million new build Industrial unit in Camberley (starts Feb/March), £14Million new build industrial unit in Slough (starts Feb/March) and a £9Million new build to a Tesco store in Andover (starts Feb/March)

As a Project Manager you will have experience running projects up to £15Million with in the sectors mentioned above. The successful Project Managers will be working closely with on site teams as well as sub-contractors. You will be liaising with the client ensuring the project is running to programme and to the high quality expected.
