Challenging role with the leading exponent of construction management in the UK for a design manager on high profile projects. Experience on high rise residential, commercial and retail projects is desirable. Duties will include co-ordination of design teams, liaison with client and specialist contractors and strategic input to the commercial and construction decision. Reporting directly to the project manager you will be a team player where your knowledge and expertise will be valued and rewarded.
