Internal Recruiter – Sales & Marketing
Slough, Berkshire

£30k - £35k basic, £60k+ (uncapped) OTE

Our client are a well established and reputable RPO Managed Service organisation to some of the leading organisations in the UK and EMEA. As part of their ongoing expansion plans they are looking for an experienced recruiter to work with one of their key clients in Slough; a large IT Solutions organisation. 40% of the account is based on a direct resource strategy with the rest being filled by 3rd party agencies.

You will be part of a team of 5 working at client site and taking advantage of a 6 year relationship. Interfacing with key hiring managers you will predominantly be working on Sales & Marketing recruitment needs with a small amount of Finance, HR and Legal. You will primarily be focusing on permanent positions with average salaries of around £45k and you will also benefit from a shared resourcer.

The ideal candidate will have a solid agency background with a strong focus on customer relationship management. This is a very professional working environment within a very profitable account where the relationship has been won on . Therefore you should be able to demonstrate a solid work history, be passionate about recruitment and have a good eye for detail.
