Internal Recruiter – IT investment Banking

£30k-£40k basic + commission, or FTC (day rate negotiable)

Do you have IT or Finance Investment Banking Recruitment experience? We need you ! Unique opportunity to manage a key part of a leading Investment banks recruitment

Our client are a well established IT Recruitment agency owned by a US parent company who are expected to float on Nasdaq later this year. One of their key clients, a large tier 1 Investment Bank, has asked them to manage a recruitment process encompassing the hiring of 200 permanent members of staff. The salaries of these individuals will vary from £60k-£120k+. This recruitment campaign is scheduled to happen between January '07 – October '07 with the expectation of further ongoing projects.

The successful applicant should have a pro-active background in either IT or Finance Recruitment into the Investment Banking sector. This is predominantly a relationship management role with a minimal delivery function as most vacancies will be fed back to be filled by the Master Vendor Agency or other 3rd party agencies. Therefore you should have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a track record of a high level of competence in managing relationships. Due to the level of responsibility and individuals that you will be liaising with, experience of dealing with key stakeholders is an advantage.
