Job Description

High-level contract position in a busy London Borough Planning Department dealing with major applications. The role involves both dealing with complex applications and advocating the council's interest in major developments. The successful applicant will have the relevant experience to demonstrate a significant understanding of development control and have been involved in major applications previously. An advantage in this role would also be some section 106 experience however, this is not essential. This is a challenging and interesting DC role and could also be a great stepping-stone for a senior planner looking to influence some of London's biggest developments. The contract is likely to be 6-9 months in length.
