Job Description
An experienced development control officer is required by this diverse local council to help with a backlog of varied local applications. The individual is required to have a thorough understanding of the UK planning system and significant experience of dealing with a wide remit of development control applications with minimal supervision, including majors. This contract position is available immediately for a period of six months plus. The rate is negotiable dependant upon experience.
