This role is part of a dedicated team that will effectively deal with the Social Care aspect of all the vendor neutral contracts and has come about as the result of an internal move.

You will be required to operate Eden Brown's MS matrix systems and there interface with Eden Brown's standard systems. This will entail learning most aspects of the matrix software systems . You will be involved with maintaining and entering information on the matrix system and will be the primary 1st point of support to your dedicated Social Care secondary agencies, in respect of obtaining their candidates weekly timesheets, entering these on to the matrix back office system and removing any timesheets that are not required. It will also require you to liaise regularly with your suppliers and the on-site Eden Brown Account Managers to obtain details of new candidates working, setting up these placements on the matrix system accordingly and ending bookings of candidates that have finished working. This will involve establishing good working relationships with their respective accounts departments to ensure that the flow of information is effective. The role will also involve supporting the VMS Management team and other team members with any adhoc tasks/projects that may arise.

Skills required: Numeracy and attention to detail are essential to this role, as is experience of PC usage within a Microsoft windows environment (including email & internet). Good communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary as is the ability to use excel spreadsheets. Experience of working in a payroll or Social Care environment would be advantageous.
