Job Description
and Tenant specialist is looking for an experienced client accountant to join their expanding property management accounts team.
The successful candidate will have used the property system Yardi and have proven previous experience in the following:
1. Maintaining client relationships
2. Month end reconciliations
3. Quarterly Rent Payovers
4. Management fee/Balancing charge calculations
5. Annual budgeting and raised quarterly demands
6. VAT Reporting
7. Approving payment runs
8. Liaising with property handovers
9. Attending client meetings
10. Coordinating team Service Charge with audits
11. Coordinating and signing off monthly bank reconciliations across the team
