Job Description

An East London Borough requires a senior planner to join their Enforcement section.

Your role will be to assist management and co-ordination of all the Council's planning enforcement actions.

You will supervise a team of more junior members of staff and be required to undertake casework on more complex enforcement actions.

The candidate will also contribute to the DC management team and contribute to wider corporate initiatives in concert with other Council services, and to assist and implement on-going process/service review.

This role is ideal for a candidate who would like to take a step up to gaining management experience. The post holder must hold a Town Planning degree and have worked to a senior level in a previous role.
