Job Description
This leading retail developer is actively looking for 3 Senior QS/Commercial to work on Civils and Infrastructure projects.
These Projects are infrastructure works including, roads, bridges, value likely to exceed £300 million.
Utilities Work design, build, finance and operate contract.
Woolwich Line Enclosure Works, all works are carried out above or adjacent to existing Network Rail Lines approx £10 million.
Northern Ticket Hall-New Ticket Hall for LUL approx £50m.
Ideally you will be from a Contracting Background with extensive Civils and Utilities experience and be able to demostrate a solid career history.
