Job Description
Due to a recently agreed 1.5m rolling asset management programme being agreed, we now have a requirement for a general practice surveyor to work on this project. The role will require managing projects in liaison with legal services and land registry to register all councils property holdings, manage a project to transfer ownership paper plans to GIS system, survey work, feasibility studies, working up schemes and bids for capital and liaison with external agents/ bodies. This role is available immediately.
