Job Description
One of London's most prestigious Borough Councils urgently require a Development Manager. You will play a key role leading negotiations for new schemes and effective management of the Development Control Service. This will include implementing change management procedures, monitoring Best Value strategies, delivering corporate objectives and providing indepth advise on all Development Control matters. Successful candidates will have acquired extensive experience managing a Development Control service or department in the UK.
