Job Description
This Leading Retail Developer who have a unrivalled reputation in Property Management are actively recruiting for a Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their Special Projects Division.
You will assist the Project Manager in the preparation, compilation and submission of cost estimates for minor work contracts. Take-off's, package trade preambles, scope of works and assist in the preparation of contract documentation.
Ideally with a HND or degree in Quantity Surveying either from contractor or PQS background with construction project experience.
